Jade pieces and Fabergé eggs, yes. You can see some of the eggs in the
vitrine. She also collected
snuff boxes, and the like. Bibelots is really the right word for it, though
chinoiserie is what she used herself, specifically.
Nellie can correct me if I'm wrong, but she used to have a jade piece in Buckingham Palace which was called "The Nodding Chinaman" by her children and staff. It was a stand composed of several jade Chinese "heads", something like 4 or 5 of them, which she would set off by tapping on their heads, as she passed by. This insignificant little gesture, repeated daily many times, gave her inordinate pleasure. She must've had that satisfied little smile you can see, in the Corbis photos.
Oh, and if Nellie is reading this, I think I found the reference for the "Queen Mary was daunted by telephones" question, mentioned by Nellie earlier in the thread.
Check out the book by Anne Edwards. It's there. And also, if memory serves, I believe Lady Airlie mentioned it in her autobiography.
P.S.: Nice kiddie photos, Katyusha!
